Thanks to our great friends at Melbourne Farmers Markets that coordinate Substation Farmers Market at Newport on the 1st & 3rd Sundays.

Our Pork and Fennel Sausages where a feature at their ‘Fair Food Week’ cooking demonstrations.

So they have been kind enough to pass on the recipe.
