Di McDonald is famous for her special rhubarb and has been growing it for more than 16 years. She produces sweet, red, juicy rhubarb (a different variety to what you find in backyards) from a plot of land at the Tahbilk Estate winery in Nagambie, Victoria.
Cakes are Dairy Free, we supplement the butter with vegetable oil, providing a beautifully moist cake.Contains: Fruit, Nuts and Alcohol.
