Angus Beaumont joined us on McIvor as Farm Manager early in 2019. His passion for farming, regenerative agriculture and great tasting meat have been an asset to the McIvor team. As a trained butcher with over 15 years of experience, Angus has some amazing techniques and recipes for pork.
