This box comes FROZEN and is available for pick up ONLY from our Farm Gate Shop.

Please understand that the individual weights are approximate. We do our best to give you what is advertised but due the nature of seasonality sometimes they may fall ever so slightly short., If one item is a little lighter than advertised there will another item that is heavier than advertised to make up for it. The total weight of box will always reach minimum weight advertised. All of our boxes have been designed to use all of the animal, not just the most desirable cuts. Buying a variety and in bulk is why we are able to pass savings on to you.

ENGLISH PORK - A refined plain pork sausage that is a more "traditional" style pork sausage. Preservative & gluten free Pork, Rice flour, Salt, White Pepper. Preservative & gluten free

CUMBERLAND COIL - A mild flavoured sausage served in a coil. Preservative & gluten free Pork, Sage, Ginger, Thyme.
