Please understand that the individual weights are approximate. We do our best to give you what is advertised but due the nature of seasonality sometimes they may fall ever so slightly short., If one item is a little lighter than advertised there will another item that is heavier than advertised to make up for it. The total weight of box will always reach minimum weight advertised.

All product comes cryvacced and labelled. Boxes come FROZEN. Mince and sausages have shorter expiry dates than whole cuts so we freeze the product as soon as it has been butchered then it is frozen at its freshest.

The boxes are SET. All of our boxes have been designed to use all of the animal, not just the most desirable cuts. Buying a variety and in bulk is why we are able to pass savings on to you. If you are after a custom order please fill in the custom order form on our website
